From Dull And Scuffed
To Showroom Gloss.

Foot traffic wears down a floor's finish a little every day. Scuffs pile up. The shine goes flat. Buffing evens the finish back out, and high-speed burnishing heats and hardens it into a deep gloss. The result reflects light like glass — and it lasts.

  • Spray buffing — cleans and repairs light scratches in the finish
  • High-speed burnishing — 1,500+ RPM machines for the mirror gloss
  • Scuff & heel-mark removal — the black streaks come out, not covered up
  • Finish recoat when needed — fresh coats of floor finish before burnishing
  • VCT, concrete, stone & terrazzo — the right pad for each surface

Shine + Grip

A glossy floor does not have to be a slick floor. Ask about adding our slip-resistant coating after polishing. You keep the mirror look and your customers keep their footing.

Questions

Polishing FAQ

What is the difference between buffing and polishing?

Buffing uses a slower machine to clean and even out the finish. Polishing (burnishing) uses a high-speed machine to heat and harden the finish, which creates the deep wet-look gloss. Most floors get both, in that order.

Does a polished floor become slippery?

It can — gloss and grip are different things. If your floor gets wet traffic, we can add a slip-resistant treatment after polishing so you keep the shine and gain traction.

How often should a business polish its floors?

High-traffic retail floors look best burnished monthly. Offices and low-traffic spaces can go quarterly. A recurring plan keeps the gloss steady without you tracking dates.

Your Floor Used To Shine. It Can Again.

One visit brings it back. A monthly plan keeps it there.
